Can I fix a proficiency mistake with a mod/CLUA?

So when Ajantis reached level three I goofed. I was toying with various proficiencies and instead of adding one for long sword, I gave him a 2nd pip for two-handed swords, which doesn't really fit my plans for the character and the weapons in the game. Is there any way to retroactively fix this with the CLUA Console or a Mod or am I screwed until he makes it to level 6?
