LoveTalk replaced with new NPC banter

Has anyone else experienced this? I got Neera into my party in the Wild Forest and after a while Jaheira next lovetalk triggers, signaled by her music and all that, yet instead of me talking to her she starts talking with Neera about wild surges and druid spells comparison. I even kicked Neera out to check that lovetalk trigger, and without her it procedes normally.
Edit: Forgot to say that this replacement banter raises lovetalk number variable, which means it is skipped without actually heppening.
