Game Crash, walking from 1 area to another i ch2-3

I've revised multiple times a bug that first causes the game to first lag quite hard and shortly after it crashes. It appears when i'm walking from the graveyard exiting to the north and walking to the government district. 1st time, i'm attack by some bandits as normal. The difference between BG2EE and BG2, is now that this group of bandits reappear when i'm walking the same trip over and over again. After I've cleared these out, the game start to lag, and less than 1 min after crashes.
