How do you get this deck?

    End of third Level in Watcher's Keep.

    And I'll add that you can't pickpocket it, you need to *kill* the deck's owner.

    do you got pickpocket it or is it loot?

    AFAIK it can't be pickpocketed. I hopped Hexxat up on a potion of master thievery, mind focusing, etc, and she was able to pickpocket two items from him (a silver ring and some Arrows +1, woot), but the third time it said something like 'This creature has nothing that can be stolen by a cutpurse of your skill'. You pretty much have to kill him to get it.
