Hell crash

I initially put this in the bug-discussion but no one seems to look in that forum so I re-post it here ....

This is my problem with BGII:EE on Mac OS X.

Every time I try to open the big door in Hell with one of the Tears of Bhaal my game crashes.
Every time.

Some one else having this problem? Can it be fixed?
