New Kit

So browsing shadowkeeper and doing some mad stuff I found abilities that are part of a kit I've never seen before. Anyone did notice if this was there before?

    No, those kits were in there when BG2EE first hit last week. I am uncertain if those were simply not-yet-complete kits which were not implemented or if they exist only for certain special NPCs.
