Fix comment anchors in threads

Right now the links to a specific comment do not use the same preceding link as the one to get to the OP. This causes you to navigate away from and then come back to the same page instead of jumping to the specific comment.

Example:

http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/48/classeskits-request-wizard-slayers-get-more-consistent-magic-resistance
Leads to the OP.
http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/48/classeskits-request-wizard-slayers-get-more-consistent-magic-resistance#Comment_7858
jumps to a comment I made in that thread.
http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/comment/6093/#Comment_6093
is the link location I get from the link marked with the 'date' that is supposed to provide an anchor, and causes the page to reload needlessly.
