rasaad questline (spoiler alert!)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
hi everybody,
I'm currently playing through chapter 3 and I wanted to complete all 'new' npc side quests before moving to the asylum in Brynnlaw. and while Neera's is all done for Rasaad's…
well, I don't know if it is supposed to happen but after I let him tag along in Trademeet I didn't get any update in my map nor he ever spoke again about the 'hybrid monk cult' so I'm stuck: does anyone know how I may kick-start it?
