*Spoiler Test of Penance

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
How do you complete this? i told the inquistor guy that coren was naughty and he sends me out with some kind of penance but no idea what the heck i am supposed to do for the penance and there is nothing in the journel. killing the heretic coren outside did not resolve the penance.

anyone done this and know what the penance is supposed to be?

    My journal after it says: I met the confessor in the room of penance and am one step closer to joining the trust - one step closer to Collus Darathon.

    Its just a dialog test i believe. Was pretty quick done.

    doh, you have got to be kidding me lol. I spent the last hr trying to figure out what the heck the penance was........

    As far as I can tell, there's no way to complete this test. He sends you out, but you can never go back in to complete the dialog.

    That's the end of the dialogue.. there isn't more I don't think I don't know what you're looking for..
