*Spoilers Heretic Temple

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I finally finished the Heretic temple. Rasaad is staying to help rebuild the heretic cult. Does this mean that he won't be available for the rest of SoA? Is this the end of his quest in SoA? Do i need to destroy the heretic cult so that Rasaad is available for SoA?

Has anyone finished all the different options and can share the different outcomes for the Rasaad thingy? i really don't want to have to redo my game again to get a better outcome :p
