Scrolling issues with Macbook pro retina

After the 1.2 patch of BG:EE I have encountered a bug where I can't scroll with the touchpad correctly. When it happens, I can only scroll in one direction.

I have also encountered this once in BGII:EE. Has anyone else noticed this?
