Berserker questions

I'm running through Black Pits 2 with the default party which has a berserker. He has multiple berserk abilities now, but he can't use them more than once daily? I suppose it might be that he's fatigued and that might cancel the ability from triggering, but that seems pretty weak. What's the point of him having multiple berserk abilities if he can't use them? Also, he has whirlwind now, but the abilities don't stack? Again, that seems pretty weak and maybe I'm just doing it wrong. Any suggestions to get the best use out of him are appreciated.

    Seems odd. You should be able to use Berserker Rage as many times per day as your level allows. Whirlwind should stack with Berserker Rage, but keep in mind that that WW only lasts one round, and you can only use one ability each round. So you may need to activate Berserker Rage first, then Whirlwind. Berserker Rage lasts 60 seconds (=10 rounds).

    Your first instinct was right. You cannot Rage while exhausted by the previous Rage.

    Thank you for the replies. I didn't realize that whirlwind only lasted one round. Thought it'd be similar to most other combat abilities heh and last a bit. Anyhow, I guess it was working, but faded so fast I didn't realize it. I'll be sure to pay attention closer now. If you can't berserk again while fatigued, I guess having multiple abilities is worthless for the Black Pit 2. It's nice having multiple abilities and all, but what good are they if they won't be used in most encounters. I guess in the normal game you can berserk on every other trivial encounter, but the fatigue thing is a pretty hard nerf to eat. Thanks again.

    I'm not sure, but I don't think the Fatigue after Enrage lasts until rested. The description doesn't state a duration, but I seem to recall that it fades eventually. Otherwise you'd be right and multiple daily uses of Enrage would be quite redundant, which makes little sense.

    I'm pretty sure fatigue does fade, but it lasts long enough not to get a second use of berserk in the Black Pits 2. I'd guess the first, too, but haven't tried a berserker there yet.
