Enemy AI is buggy

So far I have noticed certain important (mage) enemies spend their entire fight running away.
First against Conster in Firkraag's dungeon, after casting Mislead he just ran, I had to reload and close all the doors or else he wouldn't stop running, even then he'd run into a corner and not fight back while I killed him. Reloaded my quicksave, and auto saves about 5 times, same thing happened each time.
Second was Haz in the thieves guild, another important mage enemy, simply ran away, again I had to close the doors and reload just to find him. He ran up to the top left corner of his little room and didn't cast anything.
In both cases, they weren't feared. Against Conster only my main character was present.
