bg2ee: familiar bug - always in dialogue mode

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Somewhere during Hexxat first quest I realized I couldn't select my familiar because the cursor turned into dialogue mode. There was no way to make him move or attack. I tried to take it in my backpack and bring it back several times with no results. Problem is I forgot it in my backpack for a long time and now I should reload an old save.
Is there a way to unsummon the familiar or to eliminate it without losing constitution points or any other solution to resummon it?
Anyone has experienced this sort of bug? Thx

    ok I think I have solved the problem with eekeeper...
