Get rid of Arkanis Gath after Spellhold

If you side with Aran Linvail, the game will thereafter spawn an invincible assassin to wipe you out should you ever decide to attack the Shadow Thieves. This is a safeguard to prevent you breaking the game, because he's your only option now for getting to Spellhold. This safeguard becomes obsolete once you return to Athkatla, so I'd like this guy (Arkanis Gath, I think is his name) to stop spawning so that I may wipe out the Shadow Thieves. Their thievin', slavin' ways burn my ass.

    The guys just a jerk. I mean honestly if he's that effective at combat why doesn't he just kill all the vampires? :D
