[Known 7132] Rasaad's AC bonus stacking with bracers of defense

Hallo, I have noticed, that Rasaad's level based AC bonus is stacking with bracers of defense. It means, Rasaad can get realy low AC very easilly. Is that expected behaviour? I think, monk's AC bonus didn't stack with bracers bonus in vanilla BG2.
