Does the Neera romance end well? *Possible Spoilers*

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hi I'm deciding between romancing either Jaheira or Neera. My main factor on deciding is whether or not the Romance ends well. Can anyone tell me whether or not the Neera romance ends well and what the ending is?

    I really wanna know too.. yet i don't :D Can not for the life of my decide if i want the headstrong matron or the crazy chick from next door >.< ... and i love it haha!

    Uncertainty in BG2 hasn't been new to me for 13 years
