Flaming Fist after Coronation Ceremony (spoiler)

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Can someone remind me if the Flaming Fist still 'hunts' your party in Baldur's Gate *after* you expose Sarevok at his coronation ceremony? Story-wise it would make sense that they would stop, since you've proven your 'innocence', but I can't remember whether this is in fact the case.

    I've just been playing through that chapter again, and I checked cause I was unsure of that myself. They leave you alone, though depending on what areas of BG you walk through, you may still get a few NPC's warning you to duck out of sight.

    Interestingly, after you expose Sarevok, many townsfolk mention the incident. Some of them even congratulate you.

    Funny, I never noticed that before (most likely because I usually just hunted him down right away).
