Incorrect dialogue option with Desharik

When trying to convince Desharik that I'm insane and should be thrown in the asylum, I have the option of saying that I travel with a bear. I assume this is a reference to the easter egg npc but I've yet to even meet that npc, let alone have them in the party. This bug was encountered pre-patch as far as I can remember.
