[Known 6691] Blackguards get turned by evil clerics on strong success

Issue: Evil clerics have a chance to turn similar or lower level blackguards on a strong success with their turning check.
Expected behaviour: Evil clerics are correctly able to turn good paladins, as thematically the priest channels energy that is anathema to them. However, Blackguards, as servants of an evil deity or ideal, should not be affected - if anything they should stand to be turned by Good clerics instead.
Reproduce steps:
1. Have an evil cleric and a blackguard in proximity to each other.
2. Activate the cleric's turning ability.
3. Wait - it's a random roll, so it may not occur immediately or often. chances are it should turn up more often if the cleric is at a noticeably higher level than the blackguard.
I noticed this with Dorn and Viconia in ToB, specifically the vampire prison quest in Saradush. Presumably the same issue is likely to be present in BG1ee but the way the turning checks scale, turning is a lot less useful in the early levels against the undead you face so players are less likely to come up against it.
