Monk APR Bug

Current behaviour: When my Dark Moon Monk switches from a weapon (dart or scimitar) to unarmed combat using the weapon quickslots, she only gets one APR. Removing weapons from the quickslots gives the correct APR (2 at level 6).

When I compared this to Rassaad (unkitted from an old save) he gets the correct number of unarmed APR when weapon switching (2 at level 6), but gets 1.5 APR when using a katana.

Expected behaviour: Level 6 Dark Moon Monk should get 2 APR when switching from a weapon to unarmed via a quickslot.

Rassaad should only get one APR when using a melee weapon.

Any chance of a response @Dee? I have uploaded screenshots showing that at level 7, my monk, like Rasaad, is getting +1/2 an attack with weapons, including darts(!), but this number for armed attacks is also being applied to unarmed attacks when weapons are in quickslots. Removing weapons from all quickslots gives the correct number of attacks (2).
