Clicking on blank spaces to close special abilities and spells

It's such a little thing but I miss it so much. When you have the special abilities bar open you were able to click a blank space on the bar to close it so you could click the spells or something else on the bottom bar. I don't know if this change is because of the new UI but it was so convenient. Even if I'm the only one.

Also I don't know if this has been mentioned before, if so please merge. Thanks.
