New HLA's for BG2:EE

So I keep hearing Shadowdancers got new HLA, curious as to if the other new kits got any, and if not why? Seems like Blackgaurds could easily get buffs to thier class abilities, Dragon Disciples get new dragonic powers, etc

That's not really new, Shadowdancer actually has new HLA's made for it, not given stuff that already exists, even if having Fallen Deva's is cool.

Monks could use new HLAs. There already ingame, used by Balthazar.

Which mod added them to the PC? Was it ascension? I remember them being awesome-sauce, like immunity to time-stop.
