***SPOILER*** ToB Neera's quest

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I'm wondering how to start Neera's questline in ToB? I have killed Sendai and abazigal, and done Dorn, Hexxat and Rasaad, yet Neera doesn't get any quest...where to go and what to do?

    It was random for me. Early in ToB Neera got a message by a bird, which triggered the whole quest. I got the bird the first time outside of Saradush.
