[Known 6568] Watcher's keep, this might have already come up

I think I remember vanilla ToB allowing watcher's keep to be accessible in SoA...I can't see it there though, or was it never supposed to be there?

    Well in my game it shows up from the start so it might be sumthin on your side.

    This has been reported in a couple of threads already. (For example: http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/comment/403119 )

    The problem doesn't seem to affect every game that a person might start. It seems to be a problem more commonly in games where a character is imported, but doesn't appear to be exclusive to games with imported characters.
