[BG2EE][Neera] Initial joining dialogue doesn't trigger

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
I went to area called Wild Forest where Neera is waiting. I assume she should join me but it doesn't happen. There aren't any dialogue so I guess it's bug.

Any1 know console command to force dialog to show up?

    Her dialogue doesn't trigger for me on entering the area, but it does when you move close to her. Try moving closer first.

    Eh I had a bug... even tho I was on her nothin happened... Started new game few min ago and it triggered just as you wrote...

    Move along peeps, nothin to see here~
