After Patch: Bag of Holding and Dragomir's respite empty.

As mentioned in the title, today my bags are empy with the exception of two quest items: the Light Gem and Hexxat coffin.

So, considering that i don't have any recent saves, is there a way to get back the items i had?

Edit: every container is empty, even the scroll case and the potion bags.
