White dotted pattern on Water (in shadow)

Here's the unsightly white dotted pattern I experience with water in shadow even at max zoomout on my setup

Im on Win 7 64bit, AMD Phenom II 965, ATI 5850 with latest drivers

Any bugfix would be greatly appreciated please :)

    crumbs, it doesn't display it properly in the jpeg viewed in the browser
