Child spirits - lesser restoration

Why do all my party members get sleepy when, in the end of the Neb's "quest", all the child spirit get the lesser restoration?
I know it was like this even in the original BG2, but I thought it was a bug, isn't it?
Usually the caster of lesser restoration gets sleepy, not the one who receive it, and i doubt that all my party members casted that spell.

    Sounds like a bug. Are you using any mods?

    No mod installed (if the uninstall of SCS works properly).
