[Known 7190] Anomen dialog after rest

I am in the druid grove and hit the rest button. After the rest Anomen speaks up, saying, "Wait, one approaches..."

However, no one approaches.

I reloaded and instead of resting I left the grove and traveled to the promenade. Upon entering Terl appeared and Anomen's dialogue proceeded properly.

    I had the same problem, but this only happened when Anomen was in one of the Forest areas when looking for the entrance to Suldanessellar.
