Change ToB auto-level up calculation to SoA style

If you import a character to SoA with fewer than 89000 xp, you will get necessary points. On the other hand if you import it in to the ToB, level up will be automatic, which means you will have to set the difficulty level lower BEFORE the game if you want max hp.
I don't know what will happen if you finish SoA at low level... should you change the difficulty level during the Irenicus fight? Or nothing will happens at all? What about the NPCs?
SoA's manual solution seems much better.
