[Request] Make the background art for menu with disabled scaling.

I liked the Planescape Torment GhostDog's version. It enhanced resulution, and added cool arts that filled unused parts of the screen. What can you see below are cool examples of his work.

It would be awesome that this idea would emerge also to BG:EE, especially to be seen in the Main Menu section.
