StopMusic() action

Or tweak PlaySong(0) to do that. Or something. :)

No need to explain this, I hope. But just in case:

I just tried using PlaySong(0) in BGEE in a script and that didn't halt the area music, so it seems the same-old modding crutch of having to manually set the first songlist.2da line to a blank mus file still applies in BGEE. In fact, BGEE (not BG2EE though) is even MISSING the "blank music file" mentioned in the tutorial above, so it would have to be distributed with any released mods.

Edit: just checked BG2EE and it seems that one is good to go as songlist.2da already comes supplied with the blank music slot #0. However, BGEE is still not up to par:

    Also while I'm here, please add StopSound(). Or modify PlaySound() to take additional arguments to somehow control its duration from the calling script. At the moment I don't think there is any way to halt or silence PlaySound() once it's started.
