[Known 7179] Maybe a bug, question on DD breath weapon

1). Now that you can right click on spells/abilities I've noticed that the DD breath weapon description text doesn't seem to update as the level increases.
Does anyone know what (spell) level the ability actually casts as?
2.) Also, viconia's spell resistance (in BG2:EE) prevents her from taking damage from the breath weapon... I'm pretty sure in the latest BG1 giant patch the breath weapon was supposed to bypass magic resistance. Am I missing something here?
