[DUPE] Hexxat Broken: Cannot Die

Hexxat's become broken for me. Even when she takes enough damage to die, she does not revert to mist form and simple stays alive at 1hp. Also, whenever I reload a game, even if she was at full health, her animation and sound effect for returning from the dead plays and she is reduced to 1hp.

She's basically invulnerable right now. What do I do?

EDIT: Nevermind. Fixed it by chucking her out the party. Though on rejoining, she played her dialogue about L that she plays at the end of her questline ... the one about not knowing what to do now.
