The rule of crime in Baldur's gate?

So my character most likely will be a Blackguard who enjoys killing every chance he gets. Now I'm wondering as to what the rule of crime will be in the enhanced edition because in the original Baldur's gate frankly you would get assaulted by legions of Flaming fist like everywhere you go. Will you be able to have the option to disguise yourself or prevent yourself from being attacked by flaming fist soldiers?

If so, then can we atleast have the option to join like a group of bandits where we can get our gear from and maybe not be attacked by flaming fist legionnaires as much as you did in the original or something similar? You should be able to walk around a city crowd no problem but if you run into guardsmen get ready for trouble.

Anyone have any ideas as to the rule of crime in Baldur's gate?

There was a tweet by Trent Oster some time ago, where he spoke of possibly changing the reputation system. That might fix the problem of Flaming Fist showing up randomly to try and kill you (netting you more reputation loss when you do, which leads to more Flaming Fist).
Other than that, no idea. Stay above Rep 7.

Also, im not sure if this is true, but I'm almost positive that if you have a higher reputation, vendors will sell their merchandise cheaper to you. Shouldn't there be a perk for evil doers as well?

Or is it just a charisma thing?
