Issue: Greater Restoration causes fatigue to the recipient.

Intended Behaviour: Greater Restoration should cause fatigue to the caster.

    Further bug: Curing Chaos with Greater Restoration restores control to the character without removing the Chaos icon from the portrait, or the stars around their avatar. It also disables their animations.
