Which mods for in-progress games?

Hi all.
Which mods from the Mod List can you safely add to in-progress games?

    Honestly, it really varies. Sometimes you can install them and they work completely fine and at other times they can screw up. For example, I installed a bunch of mods mid-way through my play through and they all worked fine unless they had specific flags related to events I'd already done. Viconia friendship mod worked fine, even though I installed it in Chapter 3 (though installing it after having her on your party for a while can be rather immersion breaking, and I eventually uninstalled it).

    Basically, installing them on an in-progress game is always a gamble, because it can screw up random odd variables and quests in ways you don't expect. Or it could work fine. The Infinity Engine seems to run on some kind of chaos theory, which you tamper with at your own risk.
