When Anomen get's all knightly and what have you, his wisdom get's set to 16..
What happens if you boost his Wisdom prior to this, in watcher's keep? Would those increases be lost as his wisdom is "set" to 16, or would he get a boost of another 2 points - getting 17 or 18 Wis?
It ocurred to me that I've never actually done it in this order..
