auto pause on wild serge

simple short request id like to see the option to have an auto pause feature for wild surges so u don't have to hunt around the text box to see what the effect was

now many games will have Neera in I think it could make lives easiar

    Hell yeah. Nothing worse than getting back to town after a dungeon crawl, only to realize that at some point you destroyed most of the gold in your inventory.
