in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I've had no issues with the game since release. Today I decided to run my registry cleaner, anti virus scan, and defrag my hard drive to make sure my laptop is running good. After doing so I was unable to start BG2. I got the error: "This program can't start because OpenAL32.dll is missing from your computer." So I re-downloaded the client and re-installed the game. The game worked again but after starting it the first time the beam dog launcher disappeared off my desktop. How do I get the launcher to appear back so I can launch the game as well as be able to patch the game in the future? Sorry for the long explanation. Thanks.

    Well I believe if you go to your beamdog games folder and run the bg2ee.exe file it'll open up with a menu where it automatically scans for a new version before you click play to start the game. Other than that, just run a wide search on your harddrive for beamdog.
