[BG1] Amnesiac gnoll/witch (0824)

EXPERIENCED:
Ingot, an exile gnoll talks to me that he wanted to roast the captive in the gnoll fortress, that's why they exiled him. All this while i have Dyna and Minsc in my team. Apparently both Dynaheir and Ingot are oblivious of each other. Even Minsc ignores this. This leaves me with an unfinished quest entry too.

SOLUTION:
The best would be to make him turn Enemy() in case i freed Dyna and don't set the journal entry.

    Either that, or expand the existing content as part of the expansion and totally not as a modification of the original ingame content... *wink wink* ;-)

    Stuck quest entries are still bad, of course this is just rank D.

    This is similar to the Chloe issue. Should be fixable.

    I've run into an issue where there are a number of BG1 files (mostly area BCSs so far) that I cannot access through WeiDU, extraction or NI. Are they just showing up in NI as greyed out when they were never actually in the game or have we lost something?

    I'll try to check this one now

    Many areas had no existing area script even though they were referenced in ARE files. AR5200 (which I think is what you're looking for) is one of those.

    @SethDavis they could be killing NI's script parser.
    Try to load them into dltcep (using the weidu decompiler option).
    Then press check script.
    If it spits some error out, fix that and likely NI will survive loading it.

    If nothing else loads them, try loading with dltcep's internal script decompiler.
    If it says structural error, then that file is likely dead fish.
    If you cannot load a file in either of the three ways, that file is surely totally dead.

    Give us some resref if you are in doubt :)

    Ahh, yes, this is what @lansounet says, they are dead area script references. Harmless, but annoying.

    Ah, ok then, thought we were in trouble for a second there, thanks ^^

    Potentially fixed - If you've rescued the lady with a name not a title Ingot will attack rather than speak with you.

    With Dynaheir in party the gnoll goes hostile before you can even talk to it. Without Dynaheir in party, it follows up on its INITDLG... Mind you, this was a vBG1 fix...

    More to my liking would be to make a CRE that can handle the combat one-on-one as well as makes some Float Text when it sees Dynaheir like "You brrring the magemeat! I will have my feassst afterrr all!"
