*Spoilers* Anyone let me know Dorn & Rasaad SOA quests eligibility conditions

Hello

Can some one tell me the conditions for starting each quest for Dorn and Rasaad (in the SOA part). I'm talking about things like: Do I need to be a certain level, be in a certain place or even a specific chapter to be eligible for their 1st, 2nd, 3rd or whatever quest they have.

I'm using Neera and Hexxat full time (so I'm experiencing their content) but with the other two, I'm switching them about so I'll likely miss some content unless I know what continues their quest stages.

    Rasaads quest starts when you go to the city gates section of athkatla. Dorn I haven't played yet so hopefully someone else can help you there.

    When dorn reaches level 12 his quest starts.
    If I remember correctly, after every quest, you can go to the next part of the quest without loss of time.
    The only one (of the new NPC) who needs time from a quest to another is Hexxat.
