Hexxat's quest in ToB. Where does it trigger?

I am to understand that Hexxat has her own quest in ToB, but even though I have reached the conclusion of the main story, nothing ever triggered anything related to Hexxat. Could someone enlighten me of the circumstances that are needed to begin her quest?
