[BG2EE GUI bug] Quickloot bar stuck midscreen when stunned

Issue: Quickloot bar didn't go down with the textbox while group was stunned.

Expected behavior: when textbox is reduced, quickloot bar should go down to stay right above it.

    Whoa! right after above, when i alt-tabbed back to the game (to post this bug report) the quickloot bar was shown misplaced, right above the text box. (screenshot attached)

    after stun spell ran out, and being able to select characters, toolbar went normal again.
