CLUA code for Cespenar?

I just upgraded like 10 items with Cespenar then all of a sudden the dialogue isn't working anymore. When he's done forging a dialogue comes up and he says something like 'Enjoy! Now back to my duties' but on the last one it didn't come up and now I can't talk to him.

Is there a CLUA code to spawn him again?
