Baeloth not appearing in my multiplayer game (Charname is a Berserker 3/Cleric 5)

There it is. Standing next to his tower, no Baeloth. Already dealt with bandits, currently in chapter 4. Charname is at level 5+ in his second class. All members of the party are 5 or greater.

Any ideas?
