[1.2] Seeking a Mod for Extra Assignable Keys (PC)

Greetings, all!

BGEE and (assumedly also BG2EE) are missing one vital feature: More assignable keys! The original BG2 let me use Control+KEY or KEY to assign a spell or something. BGEE removes the Control+KEY.

What PC mods exist to allow me to use Control, Alt, or/and Shift + KEY as assignable keys?
