[Not an Issue] Staff of Magi's invisibility persists after leaving party

A minor issue. Neera had the Staff of Magi and was invisible when I changed her for Hexxat in the Pocket Plane. Neera then stayed invisible and I thought at first she had disappeared for good. I figured out she was still invisible so I started spamming Dispel Magic all over the place and found her.

As I said, a minor issue, but shouldn't be hard to fix whoever is holding the staff not to turn invisible while not in your party, eh?

    I have a suggestion...maybe give SoM the same flag/whatever that makes a booted NPC give you certain other items when they leave the group? I'm thinking of gem bags, Flail of Ages, etc. Per point c), this seems like the kind of item that you'd always want to keep and not inadvertently lose, so making it behave like the aforementioned examples feels logical.
