[Known 7274] Dorn Planetar/Deva encounter travelling

So I got waylaid for the first time and the planetar/deva and friends attacked us. I managed to drive them off. Now, every time I try and travel, I get waylaid in the same area (but shown to be inbetween the two places i was traveling towards) but no monsters show up. It doesn't show a travel time, and no one is there. I can travel normally to the area I want to go to afterwards, but I have a feeling this might mean dorns questline is bugged for me and I wont be able to continue.

    I also have an issue that whenever I try to speak to neera, she always talks about the first lich we destroyed in hexaats final quest. I don't know if that will interfere in neera's romance or not.

    Can someone help me with these 2 issues?
